After being in food industry for five years, (1981 to 1986) Rob entered the fenestration industry in Sept 1986 with the Nova Group. Starting on the factory shop floor within the PVCu Window Fabrication Dept. he became the Foreman for two years. Rob moved into field sales in 1990 as an Area Manager, covering Lancashire & Merseyside. This gave him a very good core knowledge of the PVCu & DGU industry.

In 1999 he joined BSI, where he spent two years developing the Kitemark Scheme as part of a very successful two man team with Wayne Rogerson, now Joint Managing Director of CENSolutions Ltd. In 2001 he set up a conservatory roof manufacturing company, (Cheshire Roof Tech) where from small beginnings, he went on to manufacture in excess of 2000 roofs over a five year period. Having sold Cheshire Roof Tech in August 2006, he developed a business installing conservatories, along with some property development.

Rob joined the successful team at CENSolutions Ltd in February 2008 to further develop the South West (UK) as part of the ongoing commitment of CENSolutions to the areas of experience, expertise & added value. His previous experience in the fenestration industry means that he is eminently suited to enhancing all these aims.

He has the support of his wife Karen and 3 children of 11, 19, 23 years.
