ISO 9001:2008

CENSolutions Ltd can now offer Certification to ISO 9001:2008 in conjunction with TNO Quality Services BV. Eindhoven.

CENSolutions Ltd are extremely pleased to announce, that as part of it's growing relationship with TNO Quality BV, Eindhoven, our Notified Body testing partner in the Netherlands. An agreement has been formulated to deliver a service to provide ISO 9001:2008Certification into the UK and Eire.

The certification will be through the internationally recognised leader in testing and certification TNO Quality BV, with CENSolutions Ltd and it's qualified staff delivering the certification and assessments on behalf of TNO Quality BV. Bill Keating will be taking a lead role in this venture as he recently successfully completed his Lead Auditor training and is now fully qualified to carry out ISO 9001:2008 assessment audits

This latest development has been seen as the natural progression for both companies as CENSolutions Ltd and TNO Quality Services have been working together on delivering Initial Type testing services since June 2006. Since that time CENSolutions has submitted over 330 sets of type test units for both EN 1279:2 & 3 (Insulating Glass Units) along with in excess of 50 type tests for EN 12150 and EN 12600 (Safety Glass).

ISO 9001:2008is an operating system that provides the backbone of the management working system. A typical analogy would be that it is like the 'Windows system' that runs computers. It does not, however, mean that good quality workmanship will necessarily be achieved.

Good quality products are the result of not only having a system that complies with ISO 9001:2008but also takes into account the particular manufacturing and testing constraints or procedures. The CENSolutions FPC system conforms to the Kitemark Scheme Document PCP638-2 Issue 5 and, when introduced with ISO 9001:2008, will be acceptable to BSI, BMTRADA and other notified body test houses.

Our system conforms to the necessary requirements, so customers can be confident that their procedures (assuming the entire testing etc is being done) will fulfil the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.
