Quality Systems

Providing a comprehensive consultancy service for installing a suitable compliant Quality System. The Basic Service includes writing the FPC manual, advising on test unit manufacture, implementing all test procedures and control registers, explaining test results and raising the technical file and issuing the self declaration form.

Annual or Bi-Annual Quality Audit

Providing a six monthly Audit Facility that will include calibration of Digital Thermometers and other measuring devices that will enable the Manufacturer to provide proof that an independent body has reviewed their Quality Systems.

Costing Analysis

Providing methods of 'Waste Analysis' that will highlight areas where cost savings may be accomplished. Availability of a 'Cost Analysis Spreadsheet' that enables IG Unit manufacturers to accurately cost individual double glazed sealed units of any size or configuration. These services are free if requested during a Visit.
