CENSolutions Ltd has been established to provide a new level and quality of consultancy to the insulating glass and fenestration industries. We believe fervently that the industry needs consultancy services offering a breadth of knowledge and an understanding of client needs based on actual experience of the industry. Between us, the directors and senior consultants have worked for window and insulating glass manufacturers, component suppliers, quality testing organisations and national certification bodies.
We came together to form CENSolutions in the belief that the industry was not getting the service it needed; that there were often actual shortcomings in the advice being provided and that the pricing of many consultancy businesses was not commensurate with the quality of service being offered.
We have set out to change all that. Prices for all services are fair and open. All cost structures are shown on this web site. Advice is freely available; we intend to do all we can to remedy the lack of clear, straightforward information on European legislative issues. Articles and news stories are regularly published in the industry media, raising important issues and providing impartial guidance to manufacturers. The test facility at Stafford and the Compliance Management Service are CENSolutions investments in the future for the UK and European insulating glass and fenestration industry. These have been extended considerably including Karl Fisher equipment for testing synthetic spacerbar systems and more recently the addition of gas concentration analysis equipment. This enables us to test to all the requirements of EN1279 Part 6 for those clients who are claiming conformance to EN 1279 Part 2 and 3 for all systems currently in use.
This testing facility has been given approval to ISO 9001:2008. The assessments are very strict but fair and CENSolutions are extremely pleased at the outcome, a vindication of the time and effort given by all to ensure that we give as complete a service as possible to our rapidly growing clientele.
